*Participating in wellness programs led 46% of employees to lower their BMI, 34% to lower their blood pressure, and 38% to lower their cholesterol. I'm willing to "put myself out there" and say that those numbers can be even higher in clients who go through my program.

We (teachers included) tend to wear lack of sleep, working overtime, and stress and fatigue as badges of honor.
